Sealed bids will be received by the Belmont County Board of Commissioners at the Commissioner’s Office, Belmont County Courthouse, 101 West Main Street, St. Clairsville, Ohio 43950 until 11:00 A.M. (Local Time), Wednesday, March 19, 2025 for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and other incidentals and all tasks necessary for Belmont County Engineer’s PROJECT #24-4: BEL-CR5-(27.22) (30.20) – PID 121110, then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. This project consists of asphalt resurfacing of 2.94 miles of CR5 (Crescent Road) and 0.85 mile of CR5 (Emerson Road).
Copies of specifications and bid forms may be obtained at the Commissioners’ office between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. daily, Monday thru Friday.
