Project #24-2: 2024 CHIP SEAL PROGRAM
Sealed bids will be received by the Belmont County Board of Commissioners at the Commissioner’s Office, Belmont County Courthouse, 101 West Main Street, St. Clairsville, Ohio 43950 until 10:00 A.M. (Local Time), Wednesday, April 24, 2024 for furnishing all services, labor, materials and equipment for Belmont County Engineer’s PROJECT #24-2: 2024 Chip Seal Program, then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. This project consists of applying dust suppressants to repaired areas and preparing and applying a single chip seal on approximately 551,709 square yards and a double chip seal on approximately 34,614 square yards of County and Township Roads.
Copies of specifications and bid forms may be obtained at the Commissioners’ office between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. daily, Monday thru Friday.
The owner intends and requires that this project be completed by September 7, 2024.
